Schottisches

Three original schottisches are to be found: Lavinia, Ginevrina and Mimy e Pipy. All three exhibit the "jerky" dotted rhythms so characteristic of the "Scottish" dance. The paired Mimy e Pipyhas a little story with various instruments in the band portraying the characters in a rustic love story.
