Welcome to the Cashier’s Office, where we provide billing, collection, and servicing for all MySam accounts! We invite faculty and staff to dive into trainings and seek help with accepting payments.
Tuition & Fee Rates
Tuition rates are based on residency for undergraduate and graduate programs.
Resident Rates
Applies to students who are and have been residents of Texas for the last consecutive 12 months.
Traditional Undergraduate Rates
Guaranteed Undergraduate Rates
Non-Resident Rates
Applies to students have not been resided in Texas for the last consecutive 12 months.
Osteopathic Medicine Rate
Students enrolled in the College of Osteopathic Medicine will be charged a single program fee of $27,500 each semester.

Online resources
In helping to contain the spread of COVID-19 on our University we encourage the use of online payment options and communication through email.

Filing Taxes?
IRS Form 1098T is usually available the last week of January each year. The Cashier’s Office will notify students via email when the tax form is available to view and print through MySam. If you feel that your name and/or SSN may be incorrect with the University, please complete the W-9S form and return it along with a copy of your social security card to the Payroll office.
