Password or Pin Reset. Includes self-service actions or assistance from the IT@Sam Service Desk.

Shared Emails and Calendars. Includes access to department calendars, assigned email accounts, and more.

Visitor Accounts. Available upon request from current SHSU employee for affiliates such as contractors, consultants, or auditors.

Two-Factor Authentication. Includes a second layer of security to your online accounts and is required for all students, faculty, and staff.
