Our campus hosts various conferences each year. An annual conference hosted by the university and surrounding community is Leadercast Live.Upcoming Events
Employees may attend external training when internal training is not available to satisfy the need. Requests for external training should be directed to your supervisor for approval and budget availability.Add External Training
Departments may develop online courses or live training events to communicate their services, business process, or demonstrate their product. Our Professional Development Coordinator will create all online courses and live events in Talent Management. Instructors will be responsible for maintaining live event sessions.
All live events must have at least one instructor that manages the roster and creation of sessions. The instructor does not have to be the individual hosting the training. Prior to the event creation, instructors must complete Talent Management Training.
Department’s interested in having courses added to Talent Management for registration should contact the Professional Development Coordinator at 936-294-2328 to schedule a consultation. In your consultation, the coordinator may provide recommendations for formatting, presenting, and marketing your event.
Contact our Professional Development Coordinator, TJ Bittick, to learn about our request process.
