Resources for Locating External Funding

NOTE: Foundations may be on the President’s list. Faculty interested in pursuing a grant proposal through any of these will need to have ORSP contact the President’s Office to ensure that the proposed proposal will not conflict with current activities of the President. For organizations requiring 501(C)(3) status, and prior to your creating proposal, check with the funding agency to make sure they will accept SHSU governmental entity non-profit status, rather than 501(C)(3) charitable non-profit status. Further information is available from SHSU's ORSP.
