The School of Teaching and Learning offers more than twenty programs at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and in a variety of formats. Classes are delivered both face-to-face and online, and are held on the main SHSU campus in Huntsville, as well as at our Woodlands Center campus. The faculty and staff in the School of Teaching and Learning are committed to the vision of the College of Education: Preparing Leaders to Impact a Diverse and Evolving World. With this in mind, we seek to provide students a variety of opportunities to develop the knowledge and skills that will prepare them to serve as outstanding educators and productive leaders in schools, the community, and beyond. With an emphasis on high-quality field experiences, we work hand-in-hand with stakeholders and P-12 school partners to develop a top-notch educator workforce for the schoolchildren of Texas. We invite you to explore our website, and to visit the School of Teaching and Learning to explore our programs and meet the people who are working to transform the learners of today into the leaders of tomorrow.
