To save an email or folder as a PDF

  1. Right-click on the email or folder to convert
  2. Select Convert to Adobe PDF.

Right Click Convert to PDF 

In the Save Adobe PDF File As options,

  1. Select the location to save the email
  2. Review and update (if desired) the file name
  3. Select Save.

Save as PDF Options 

Note: Make sure that the PDF add-in is enabled in Outlook to see this option.
