GCJD is always prepared to lend its expertise to help our colleagues at the SHSU campus. On June 8th, GCJD Director Kelli Arena met with staff council to help the group re-work its vision and mission statements.
“It’s important to be be able to communicate clearly what any organization will do, and what it hopes to achieve.GCJD works with entities to help drive them toward a common goal.”
GCJD staff has also participated in SHSU’s diversity leadership council, the Common Reader Program, and has led staff development seminars.
