Live Events - Event Group

The Event group are the people “behind the scenes” of the event. The roles in an event group include Organizer, Producer and Presenter

  • Organizer

    The organizer schedules the event and ensure it is set with the right permissions for the attendees and other event group roles. The organizer will set the production method, configures the event options such as Q&A, invites attendees, selects the other event group members and manages the reports after the event.

  • Producer

    The producer ensures the attendees have a good viewing experience by managing the live event stream. The producer starts and stops the live event, shares screens and selects layouts. Producer can be the same person as the organizer.

  • Presenter

    Presenters present audio, video or a screen during the event and/or moderates the Q&A.
