IT@Sam performs a variety of tasks to support you through every stage of employment. Our teams create accounts, manage access to administrative systems, and manage assignment and location of devices. When requesting access for a new or transferring employee, keep in mind they may lose access if it was granted prior to the update of their job record.
Setup New Employee: Includes account creation, permissioning access, and providing devices based on eligibility.
Move Employee: Relocation of technology to new location for an individual employee.
Move Department: Relocation of technology to new location for more than one employee within the same department.
Separate Employee: Revoke access prior to update of the employee's job record for administrative systems. Access is automatically revoked after their last day of work and any time an employee changes roles.
