ADVISING INFORMATION

ORIENTATION INFORMATION

• If you are a First-Time Freshman, Orientation is mandatory. However, you CAN enroll in your first summer course before you attend Orientation. Just be sure to attend one of the 6 Orientations scheduled this summer.
• If you are a Transfer Student, Orientation is optional. However, we strongly recommend you attend Transfer Orientation to become familiar with the services and programs offered at SHSU.
