Dr. Kevin Randall joined Sam Houston State University as an Associate Professor of Family and Consumer Sciences in August, 2016. He now serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Population Health.
In addition to having been a faculty member in Family and Consumer Sciences at Bradley University, Dr. Randall recently served as a prevention research scientist at Iowa State University, evaluating adolescent and young adult outcomes of randomized controlled trials focused on proximal and distal effects of family and school-based preventive interventions. His research interests also include the influence of religiosity and forgiveness on the successful aging of older male inmates and very old adults or centenarians.
