Previous versions of files stored in OneDrive can be restored. To restore a file, navigate to www.office.com and sign in.
- Select OneDrive.
- Locate and select the file by clicking the circle that appears when hovering the mouse over the file.
- Select Version history.
4. The previous versions of the file will be displayed in a Version History pane on the right of the screen. Select which version needs to be restored.
5. The requested version will display in a new window and the option.
6. Select Restore to restore that version of the file.
