OneDrive - Restoring Previous Versions

Previous versions of files stored in OneDrive can be restored. To restore a file, navigate to www.office.com and sign in.  

  1. Select OneDrive.
  2. Locate and select the file by clicking the circle that appears when hovering the mouse over the file.
  3. Select Version history.

4. The previous versions of the file will be displayed in a Version History pane on the right of the screen. Select which version needs to be restored.

5. The requested version will display in a new window and the option.

6. Select Restore to restore that version of the file.
