Zoom and Document Cameras
A document camera allows faculty to display documents, and even write on documents for students to see. Document cameras sit on a surface and point down at a document that student can see while faculty displays, works on or annotates the document. Also, many document cameras are connected directly to a computer, which allows those learning in a remote environment to see the same thing as those in the classroom see.

Wolfvision
Power on the system using the control panel, log into the computer, open and log into Zoom.
Open the drawer where the doc cam is and lift the arm of the doc cam to power on.
Open the VSolution software from the computer desktop.
If a message regarding firmware displays, select No.
In the vSolution Link by WolfVision dialogue box, double click on the doc cam in the list.
If a message regarding frame rate displays, select OK.
The software will launch. If the screen is not already maximized, you can select the maximize icon next to the X in the upper right corner.
If the Zoom meeting has not been started yet, start the Zoom meeting.
In the Zoom meeting options, select Share.
In the Sharing options:
- Select VZ-9pluc V1.25c.
- Select Share.
The doc cam will now be shared.
Once you no longer need the doc cam, stop sharing the screen in Zoom, then select the X in the vSolution software to close the software.
Note: On the Control Panel, be sure PC is selected if sharing with Zoom. If you change it to doc cam, there will be no audio from those viewing in Zoom.

Elmo P30HD
Power on the system using the control panel, log into the computer, open and log into Zoom.
Open the drawer where the doc cam is, lift the arm of the doc cam and press the power button to power on. The power button will light up blue when powered on.
Open the ELMO Interactive Toolbox software from the computer desktop.
The software will launch.
If the Zoom meeting has not been started yet, start the Zoom meeting.
In the Zoom meeting options, select Share.
In the Sharing options:
- Select Screen.
- Select Share.
The doc cam will now be shared.
Once you no longer need the doc cam, stop sharing the screen in Zoom, then select the X in the ELMO Interactive Toolbox software to close the software.
Note: On the Control Panel, be sure PC is selected if sharing with Zoom. If you change it to doc cam, there will be no audio from those viewing in Zoom.

Lumens
Power on the system using the control panel, log into the computer, open and log into Zoom.
Power on the doc cam using the Power button. The power button will light up with a blue color when on.
Place the document to be displayed with the doc cam on the counter under the doc cam lens.
If the Zoom meeting has not been started yet, start the Zoom meeting.
In the Zoom meeting options, select Share.
In the Sharing options:
- Select Advanced.
- Select Content from 2nd Camera.
- Select Share.
The doc cam will now be shared.
Once you no longer need the doc cam, stop sharing the screen in Zoom.
Note: On the Control Panel, be sure PC is selected if sharing with Zoom. If you change it to doc cam, there will be no audio from those viewing in Zoom.

Elmo LX-1 and MO-2
Power on the system using the control panel, log into the computer, open and log into Zoom.
Power on the doc cam using the Power button. The power button will light up with a blue color when on.
Place the document to be displayed with the doc cam on the counter under the doc cam lens.
If the Zoom meeting has not been started yet, start the Zoom meeting.
In the Zoom meeting options, select Share.
In the Sharing options:
- Select Advanced.
- Select Content from 2nd Camera.
- Select Share.
The doc cam will now be shared.
Once you no longer need the doc cam, stop sharing the screen in Zoom.
