Bachelor of Science in Integrated Studies

The Bachelor of Science in Integrated Studies is an interdisciplinary degree that allows students to design a curriculum that meets individual goals by connecting three (3) Sam Houston State University minors. The program includes the Texas core curriculum, two (2) Integrated Studies courses, and appropriate supporting elective courses.

The Integrated Studies degree is offered in a traditional face-to-face classroom and online. The flexible online schedule allows students to accomplish a rigorous and customized degree plan while maintaining busy lifestyles.

    • Fall: August 1

    • Spring: December 1

    • Summer: May 15

Requirements

  • Students must have at least a 2.0 overall GPA
  • The degree requires 18 distinct hours in each minor and 24 advanced hours, including INTG 3301 and INTG 4301.
  • Meet with a Sam Center advisor to declare your Bachelor of Science in Integrated Studies.
