    The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities is pleased to be the administrator of scholarship opportunities provided by our partners to assist in defraying some of your college expenditures. Please review each scholarship’s criteria carefully to see if you qualify, since each partner may have differing requirements.
  • The Smithsonian Latino Museum Studies Program
    Increase Hispanic representation in the program. Offers a mentor that guides throughout the process. The Latino Museum Studies Program provides a national forum for graduate students to share, explore and discuss the representation and interpretation of Latino cultures in the context of the American experience.

  • High Country News
    To inform and inspire people to act on behalf of the West's diverse natural and human communities by providing unblinking journalism that shines a light on all of the complexities of the West. Informed & enthusiastic editorial interns & fellows to report on natural resource, environmental & community issues in the 12 Western states. Native American, Hispanic journalists & under-represented backgrounds. The fellowship includes all of the requirements of the internship, as well as a year of journalism experience or more and a demonstrable knowledge of issues of the Western U.S.

  • Hispanic Access Foundation
    HAF connects Latinos and others with partners and opportunities to improve lives and create an equitable society. One day, every Latino individual in America will enjoy good physical health and a healthy natural environment, a high-quality education, economic success and civic engagement in his or her community with the sum of improving the future of America. HAF's internship and fellowship opportunities appear @ manoproject.org. Communicarion and Youth Engagement Fellow - Salida Ranger District requires English/Spanish bilingual applicants. Several six month fellowships in the U.S.Forest Service are offered.

  • The Wilson Center
    The Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars aims to unite the world of ideas to the world of policy by supporting pre-eminent scholarship and linking that scholarship to issues of concern to officials in Washington. Periodic Fellowships for diverse groups including Hispanics. The nation’s key non-partisan policy forum for tackling global issues through independent research and open dialogue to inform actionable ideas for the policy community.
    Deadlines: Opens in July.
