Request a Card
To proceed with requesting a new card, you can do one of the following:
Update Photo on Card
- In Person: Stop by the Bearkat OneCard Office (located in the Estill Building Suite 103) Monday-Friday from 8AM - 5PM.
- Online: Click continue to see photo requirements. Once your request is submitted, you will receive an emailed form to complete.
Lost or Stolen Card
- In Person: Stop by the Bearkat OneCard Office (located in the Estill Building Suite 103) Monday-Friday from 8AM - 5PM.
- By Phone: Call the Bearkat OneCard Office (936-294-2273) Monday-Friday from 8AM - 5PM.
- Online: Click continue to submit your request. Once submitted, you will receive an emailed form to complete.
Worn Out Card
You can order a replacement card for FREE:
- In Person: Stop by the Bearkat OneCard Office (located in the Estill Building Suite 103) Monday-Friday from 8AM - 5PM.
- Online: Click continue to submit your request. Once submitted, you will receive an emailed form to complete.
Note: You must provide proof of a worn out card in person or by email in order to have the fee waived
