Thanks a Choco-Lot

Have you seen one of your colleagues doing something extraordinary? Here is your chance to help us recognize that person for going beyond the expected.

It doesn't have to be a "big" thing. We all know it's the little gestures that make Sam Houston State the place we want to work.  We know you would like to nominate several people, but we ask that you complete only one form. All employees are eligible.

Come by the PACE Center to fill out a handwritten form. We are located in the CHSS Building, Room C002. You can also email us your box number and we will have the form sent to you. Once you have returned your form, we will deliver a "random act of chocolate" bar along with your handwritten note to your nominee. All forms are due the Friday before Valentine's Day at 5:00pm, with delivery scheduled for the week of Valentine's Day.
