Kat Klub Amenities

The Kat Klub is proud to be one the best student union game rooms in the state of Texas. Enjoy the Kat Klub between classes or during one of our free programs. Students and Community members can even host events!

Bowling Lanes

We have a state of the art, 8 lane center with colored and black lights. It also has 4 drop down projector screens for TV viewing! Bowling is fun for everyone, bumpers are available for those who need them, and they are fully automated. The SHSU Women’s Bowling Team will be doing quite a bit of striking here…let’s see if you have what it takes to keep up!

Billiard Tables

We have 6 Olhausen tournament sized 9-foot billiard tables with Sammy Orange Simonis cloth. To be the best, you need to play on the best, and that’s what we have for you. You are welcome to bring your own cue sticks or use one of ours. We have one-piece house cues ranging from 18oz to 21oz. No matter the skill level, it’s about having a good time with friends, or being able to practice alone and having a great product at your disposal. 

Game Station Consoles

Calling all gamers!! We have created 5 game stations; we have Switch, Playstation 4 and XBOX 1 gaming consoles. We have a variety of games for use as well. Check in with our front desk for available game titles and consoles.

Table Tennis

From the world leaders in Table Tennis, we have 2 Killerspin Tournament sized tables and paddles. Table Tennis is fun for skill levels of play…pretty soon you’ll be smashing on all competition!

Arcade Games

For the nostalgic gamers we have several classic arcade games just for you. Check out the back wall of the facility to enjoy the classic options that stay fan favorites!

Lounge Seating

The Kat Klub is loaded with comfy lounge seating along with dining seating and lounge chairs spread throughout the facility. Feel free to watch our 3x3 video wall which can be configured differently depending on what sporting event is being covered. All 9 screens can be configured either differently or together.
