Dr. Breazeale received a Ph.D. in Finance from Texas A&M University in 2004, M.B.A. from Millsaps College in 1999, and B.S. in Engineering Physics from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1995.
Dr. Breazeale currently serves as the Managing Editor of the Journal of Finance Case Research (JFCR). His research has appeared in the JFCR, Journal of Instructional Techniques in Finance (JITF) and the Journal of the International Academy for Case Studies (JIACS).
Prior to joining Sam Houston State, Dr. Breazeale was Vice President and Asset Manager of Parkway Properties, Inc. (NYSE: PKY), a Real Estate Investment Trust focused on investment in commercial office properties. He also served as a NATO peacekeeper to Bosnia/Herzogovina and the former Yugoslavia in Operation Joint Endeavor in 1996.
Dr. Breazeale teaches and conducts research in the areas of investments, corporate finance, and financial markets and institutions.
