Campus Perception Survey

The 2015-2016 Campus Perception Survey form (view and download)

The Campus Perception Survey is conducted on an annual basis, and serves as a means for SHSU tenured and tenure-track faculty to provide anonymous feedback concerning major university leaders, as well as a variety of university policies and practices. Those who choose to participate in the survey are asked to provide honest and objective assessments of topics that they have a degree of familiarity with; faculty may decline to respond to any or all parts of the survey. Assessment is conducted using the Likert scale, with 5 being a most favorable perception, and 1 being a most unfavorable perception.

Annual results of the Campus Perception Survey are published online after the conclusion of the assessment period. All survey results files are made available in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format; you will need to download Adobe Reader in order to view these files.
