The American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED program helps participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies. This program offers a choice of first aid, CPR and AED courses to meet your specific training needs.

This indoor cycling class consists of varying speeds, resistance levels and intensities targeted at raising your heart rate and strengthening your lower body while taking you through a variety of sprints and hills. Wednesdays from 5:30 - 6:15 p.m.
