The Fitness Program offers comprehensive activities for the Bearkat Community. Programs include Group Fitness Classes, Personal Training, Fitness Workshops, Certifications, and a variety of weight room and cardio equipment.

Weight Room Orientations

Have you been wondering if you are working out correctly? Let one of our certified personal trainers lead you through a FREE weight room orientation to help you gain a better understanding of how to use all of our equipment, as well as receive a personalized workout based off of what you learn. Our certified personal trainers will help you adjust weight equipment to fit you correctly, assist with form for major lifts, and assist you with proper weight room etiquette.

The Wellness Works program objective is to encourage faculty and staff to utilize on-campus facilities and resources to achieve and maintain an improved level of personal health, which research shows leads to improved job performance, increased work satisfaction and reduced health care/insurance costs.
