The Garrett Teacher Education Center, Counselor Education Center, and the Jack Staggs Counseling Clinic are located on the east side of campus between the Newton Grisham Library and the Johnson Coliseum.
Parking
When visiting the Garrett Teacher Education Center or the Jack Staggs Counseling Center please note that the parking lots directly outside the buildings (Z1 and Z2) are for permit parking only. To avoid a parking citation, visitors should plan to use the pay by hour street parking on Bobby K. Marks Drive. The ParkMobile app is suggested.
