We've moved!  We are still within the Sam South Complex and University Police building.  Our main entrance is now the door closest to Sam Houston Avenue on the west end of the building.

Permits for Fall 2014 will be available for online purchase beginning July 1st by logging into you parking account at  In office permit purchases for Fall 2014 will begin Friday, August 1st.  Please make sure to have your Sam ID and vehicle information to include year, make, model, color and license plate number ready.  Click on Permit Pricing and Rules and Regulations to review information for the 2014-2015 academic year.


The Parking Rules, Regulations and permits prices for 2014-2015 are available for review at this time by visiting the rules and regulations link and parking permits link.


Permit Enforcement for the Academic Summer Terms will begin Thursday, May 29th. If you have not done so, please visit our office to purchase a permit. If you do not have a permit and receive a citation for No Permit, please visit our office and the citation will be voided with the purchase of a permit.

The P15 Field House Surface Lot is no longer an All Permit Zone and will be a Faculty/Staff Zone.  Please make sure that you verify the parking zone prior to leaving your vehicle unattended to prevent a citation from being issued.


Permit enforcement begins Wednesday, January 15, 2014.  Please make sure that you have your permit displayed and are parked in the correct parking zone.  Visit our office if you do not have a permit to park on campus.


From our staff to you, have a safe and Happy Holidays!  Spring Permits for 2014 will be available for registration and pickup at our office.  Also, if you would like to reserve a contract space in the garage, we will be filling available spaces on Tuesday, January 7, 2014.  Please call or visit our office for more information.


The university will begin initial phases of construction of the new Student Health Center on October 17th.  Parking spaces in the area will be closed. Read more to see if this will impact where you park.  Read More....


Check out our new Monthly Statistics section.  A monthly report will be provided for each month out of the year to inform out community regarding parking enforcement and permit issuance statistics.


Our office will be closed Monday, September 2nd and will be open for business Tuesday, September 3rd at 7:30AM.  Happy Labor Day!
