Assistant Director for Residence Hall Staff and Academic Initiatives Kyle Ashton coordinates staffing in the residence halls. In addition to RA selection, RA training, RHD supervision, and evaluation of hall staff, Kyle coordinates programming for the department, and oversees the HHAC, RHA, and NRHH programs, as well as the White Hall Resource and Training Area.
