Executive Director for Residence Life and Living-Learning Programs Joellen Tipton holds ultimate responsibility and authority for the Department of Residence Life and serves as its official representative. All official departmental policies, procedures, and publications are developed with the assistance and approval of the Director. Joellen works directly with the Directors to coordinate routine department functions as well as special projects, such as budgeting and facility renovations. Joellen acts as the housing officer for the Bearkat Learning Community program in conjunction with academics.
