Daniel McFarlane, BFA Studio Art, 2007
After graduating from SHSU Daniel McFarlane was awarded an Alumni Fellowship at the University of Florida where he received his MFA in 2010. He has had solo shows and the Galveston Art Center and Barbara Davis Gallery in Houston. McFarlane was an artist-in-residence in Lawndale Art Center in 2011 and his work has been featured in Arts and Culture Magazine Houston, and New American Paintings.
Emily Peacock, BS Photography, 2006
Emily Peacock received her BS in Photography from SHSU in 2006 and an MFA from the University of Houston in 2011. Her work has been exhibited at Lawndale Art Center, Art Palace, and Fotofest in Houston and the Anzenberger Gallery in Vienna, Austria.
Cole Wiser, BFA Computer Animation, 2012
Cole Wiser received his BFA in Computer Animation in 2012. He is presently 3D Modeler/Jr. Technical Director at 900lbs of Creative in Dallas. Some of the projects Cole has worked on have included giant projections on the outside wall of the Perot Museum of Nature and Science in Downtown Dallas.
Cody Courmier, BFA Graphic Design, 2009
Cody is a Design and Communication Specialist at Anadarko Petroleum in Denver where he does videography, motion graphics, and design work. His design for Anadarko’s 2012 Annual Report received the Bronze Award from the League of American Communications Professionals Vision Awards. In addition to working full time, Cody is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Motion Graphics at Savannah College of Art and Design.
