Dr. Thomas M. Spencer is a native of Nolan County, Texas. He received his B.S. Degree in 1939 from Sam Houston. He received his Doctor of Education Degree from the University of Houston in 1974. He has been a professional educator all of his career. Dr. Spencer has been the President of San Jacinto College in Pasadena since 1961. Dr. Spencer is married to the former Rachel Bradham of Huntsville and has four children.
