Carroll P. Teague is a native of Richards, Texas. He received his B.S. Degree from Sam Houston in 1936 and a M.S. Degree from the University of Houston in 1947. Mr. Teague has been a professional educator all of his career. He was a County School Superintendent for the Harris County Department of Education from 1967 until his retirement in 1977. Mr. Teague is married to the former Annie Dale Kennedy. They have two daughters and four grandchildren.
