Bio
Erica Pasquini completed her PhD in Kinesiology, with a focus in sport pedagogy, at the University of Southern Mississippi. Erica's cognate focus was in motor learning and development, while her research interests surround coaching education. Prior to her PhD Erica completed her MS in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Ball State University. Recently, Erica attended and presented her research involving the development and implementation of a coach education intervention to mitigate behavioral disparities of youth soccer coaches between high and low expectancy athletes at the National Coaching Conference in Seattle. Erica grew up in Houston, and is excited to be back in Texas to join the SHSU Health Sciences faculty and continue to develop her research and as an academic.
