Commencement Tickets
From enrollment to graduation, we are here for your entire journey at SHSU.
HOW TO CLAIM TICKETS:
Tickets are required for guests attending Commencement. Eligible graduates will receive an allotment of 8 tickets. If additional tickets are available, a second round of reservations will be made available two weeks prior to Commencement. Tickets are on a first come first serve basis. Graduates may reserve tickets using their Sam ID. Graduates do not need to claim a ticket for their ceremony.
Please monitor your SHSU email for all updates. All tickets will be electronic. No print option will be available.
Steps to claim tickets:
- Visit GoBearkats.com and under the Buy Tickets tab, select Commencement Tickets.
- Select Register Your Student Account and enter Sam ID (example 000123456).
- Update your account using ONLY your SHSU email information.
- Create a password. Your account is now active.
- Log in to your account.
- Select Find Tickets next to your graduating semester.
- Select the number of seats
- Select Continue.
- Select your delivery method.
- Select Add Package.
- Your account information will be displayed. Ensure your email address is correct.
- Select Place Your Order.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket information.
Please review this information before transferring or adding your tickets to your phone's wallet.
