Enrollment Processing
For questions related to registration assistance, enrollment verifications, resignations, Q-drops, grade changes, academic standing, and FERPA.
If you believe your final grade for a course was entered incorrectly, please reach out to your professor directly. If you are unable to make contact with your professor, please reach out to the department of the course. Should your grade need to be altered, your professor and the department will be able to submit a grade change form to the Registrar’s Office to update your academic record.
Graduation and Academic Records
For questions related to commencement, commencement ticketing, degree and certificate awarding, change of majors, course substitutions, tuition rebates, degree verifications, transcripts and diplomas, and personal information updates (name, SSN, etc.).
To change your major, minor, or concentration, please reach out to your Academic Advisor. They will be able to assist you with making any curriculum changes.
State and Educational Processes
For questions related to the Texas Success Initiative (TSI), course program of study (CPoS), and FERPA grievances.
