Diploma Information
Diplomas are mailed to your permanent address about eight weeks after commencement: Make sure to verify your address before the term ends! December graduates may see delays due to the holiday break.
Diploma Information
- Degree requirements must be completed and the application for degree submitted within your intended graduation term.
- If degree requirements aren’t met, you must reapply for the term in which you finish.
- Diplomas will not be issued if you have any outstanding debts, and you must notify the Registrar once your debt is cleared to receive your diploma.
- Graduating students are responsible for keeping their permanent legal address up to date.
- If a diploma is returned due to an incorrect address, a $7.50 re-mailing fee applies and you must submit a new address in writing.
The name listed with the university is the name that will be printed on your diploma.
The diploma name will match your official academic record.
The final grade deadline may be found on the academic calendar.
Diplomas are printed on 11x14 paper.
If you need a secondary copy of your diploma, you can order a duplicate diploma.
Duplicate diplomas may be ordered through our online request form. The charge for a duplicate diploma will be $50.00. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for processing.
