All students will stay on campus and will room with other students participating in the summer dance intensive. ALL STUDENTS are required to attend all scheduled classes throughout the day and evening, in addition to their rehearsals.
Students will be housed at the brand new university dorm Piney Woods, a short walk from the Gaertner Performing Arts Center and will be chaperoned by Summer Dance Intensive counselors. There will also be a University Residence Assistant on duty 24hrs a day. The complex features double occupancy rooms with an in-room microwave, refrigerator and suite baths with enhanced privacy. Students will need to provide their own linens and toiletries. All meals will be provided through Old Main Market, which is also within proximity and walking distance from the Gaertner Center.

Deposit and Refund Policy
Once a student has been accepted into the program, a non-refundable $175.00 deposit is due on or before Wednesday, May 8, 2019.
This deposit will be applied toward the remaining costs for tuition, housing, and meals. WORKSHOP FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY Saturday, June 1, 2019. Refunds (except for the $175 deposit) will only be considered for injury-related circumstances that prevent the student from participating and require a statement from a physician.
