Employment & Income Verifications

Effective Dec 15, 2021, all employment and income verification requests are processed through Experian Verify. Requests are accepted 24/7. To begin, visit experianverify.com, register, and upload the Authorization Form. Verifiers will need your full SSN, name, employer name, and a signed authorization for income verification

A pay stub includes earnings, tax, and deduction information. It can serve as proof of employment and income. Learn how to access and use your pay stub below.

Limited in-person verification is available for certain agencies. Schedule with HR in advance by calling 936.294.1070 or emailing verifications@shsu.edu

For prior state service or Public Service Loan Forgiveness requests, send an email to verifications@shsu.edu. All other types of verifications should go through Experian Verify.
