In 1928, a young group of farmers established "Future Farmers of America.” Their mission was to prepare future generations facing the challenge of feeding a growing population. They tried to teach members that agriculture is more than simply planting and harvesting, it is a science, a business and an art form. Click on the link below to learn about the various activities that members were able to participate in during the conference.

Today, FFA continues to help future generations meet those challenges by helping its members to develop their own unique talents and explore their interests in a broad range of career pathways. Members are taught to live by the motto, "Learning to Do, Doing to Learn, Earning to Live and Living to Serve." FFA members serve and embrace members of all walks of life that come together through FFA.
