Family Information
If your parents or family members want to know how to best support you during your transition to college, encourage them to join our Family Orientation program that runs concurrently with your orientation session! During this session, family members will have access to university resources, administrators and the opportunity to interact with Orientation Leaders. Our Orientation Leaders will provide a rich perspective on life at SHSU and how they as family members can best support and encourage their student during this transition. Additional information to participate will follow the day prior to your student's orientation date.
