The SHSU Mobile Health Clinic brings women's health and preventive care to Riverside and Onalaska, TX. Women ages 18 to 64 may qualify for services at little or no cost. Call us at 936.581.1815 to determine eligibility.

Our mobile health team provides women's health screenings, preventive care and treatment for common health concerns in Riverside and Onalaska.

    A wellness visit is time set aside to focus on your health.

  • Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening

    Regular screenings can help find cancer early, when it may be easier to treat.

  • Birth Control Counseling

    Talk with a healthcare provider about your options.

  • Sexually Transmitted Infection Care

    Confidential testing, treatment and answers to your questions.

  • Chronic Illness Screening & Treatment

    Some health problems do not cause symptoms at first. Simple health checks can help find them early.

  • Gardasil® and Other Vaccination Guidance

    Determine whether Gardasil® or other vaccinations are appropriate for you.

Do I Qualify?

You may qualify for care at little or no cost. Eligibility is based on age, household income and other program requirements.

You may qualify if:

  • You are a woman between ages 18 and 64
  • You are a Texas resident
  • You meet the program's income guidelines

The SHSU Mobile Health Clinic brings preventive and women's healthcare directly to communities in East Texas.

The program is led by the SHSU Russell & Glenda Gordy College of Osteopathic Medicine as part of its commitment to improving access to healthcare in rural communities.
