This is my first year working for the Charter School and I am so grateful to be a part of it. I am currently enrolled with SHSU getting my undergraduate degree in Mathematics and minoring in Secondary Education. Upon graduation, I plan to teach high school Algebra. Although I want to work with the older students, I did complete two years of college for elementary educationn and obtained my Associate of Arts in Teaching. I enjoy hiking and being outdoors. My favorite thing to do is watch Fixer Upper and eat sushi. I love working with children, and being able to teach specials for all grades gives me time to get to know them all personally.
