Welcome Week is Sam Houston State University's annual tradition that celebrates the start of the academic year by welcoming new and returning Bearkats to campus. Through a variety of educational, social, and traditional events, students can connect with peers, explore campus resources, discover involvement opportunities, and experience the spirit of the SHSU community.
