HOUSING DURING BREAKS
2026-2027 BREAK INFORMATION
Explore information about housing during the winter and summer break.
Students who wish to stay on campus during Winter Break must have lived on campus during the fall semester AND be enrolled in spring classes. There is no charge to stay on campus during Winter Break. Please note that campus services will be limited and dining services will not be available during the break.
To request Winter Break housing, submit a Winter Break Request online through the Housing Portal. Only students who are enrolled for classes in the Spring will see this option in the Housing Portal. See the video below for step-by-step instructions on how to submit your Winter Break request.

Between Spring Semester and Summer I 2027: $375
Students wishing to stay between spring and summer, must have a confirmed summer booking. Submit a spring to summer break request at the Residence Life Office by May 7, 2027.
After Summer ii, before fall 2027: $325
Students wishing to stay between summer II and the fall semester, must have a confirmed fall booking. Submit a summer to fall break request at the Residence Life Office by July 29, 2027.
