2025-2026 BREAK INFORMATION
Explore information about housing during the winter and summer break.
2025 - 2026 Winter Break - $650
Students staying on campus over the winter break must have lived on campus in the fall semester and have a confirmed spring semester booking. Submit a Winter Break Request at the Residence Life office by December 12, 2025. Students living in Bearkat Village, Campus Edge, Copper Village, and San Jacinto Studio Apartments are automatically placed on the break list (no charge) with a spring booking.

Break charges post to student fee statements within 10 business days after the break begins.
Between Spring Semester and Summer I: $425
Students wishing to stay between spring and summer, must have a confirmed summer booking. Submit a spring to summer break request at the Residence Life Office by May 8, 2026.
After Summer ii, before fall 2026: $325
Students wishing to stay between summer II and the fall semester, must have a confirmed fall booking. Submit a summer to fall break request at the Residence Life Office by July 30, 2026.
