Estimated Financial Aid will not reduce payment plan balances immediately. Payment plan balances are updated when aid disburses to student accounts. Check your account during the applicable week to confirm aid has been applied.

When is financial aid applied?
Financial aid disbursement occurs approximately 10 days before the first class day.

How does it work?
Once aid is disbursed, it will automatically pay your installments until no aid remains to cover further payments. Monitor your account regularly to track when installments are due.

How is it calculated?
The "Credits/Anticipated Credits/Estimated Aid" calculation assumes full-time status. Amounts may change based on credit hours, repeat hours, academic progress, or classes outside your degree plan (DegreeWorks). Adjustments may result in a balance due and can impact your schedule if unpaid by the deadline.
