SHSU Theatre alumni Dauoud Heidami

Daoud made his Broadway debut in 2000 when he appeared as understudy for Musa/Iraqi Man/Uday in Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo with Robin Williams. His Off-Broadway credits include: Aftermath, New York Theatre Workshop (Drama League nomination, ensemble); Masked, DR2; (I am) Nobody's Lunch, P.S. 122, 59E59 Theatres.

His many film and TV credits include: Safe, Sex and the City 2, You Don't Mess With the Zohan, Syriana, Habibi, "Guiding Light," "Tough Crowd" with Colin Quinn, "Law and Order: Enemy and Rapture." Daoud received his MFA at University of California, San Diego.
