Mini-Engaging Exploration (Mini-EE)

What is a Mini-EE?

Mini Engaging Exploration workshops (Mini-EEs) are short workshops on a single concept of effective teaching practices. They are 1.5 hour professional development opportunities offered throughout the academic year.

Mini-EEs are 1.5 hours in duration.

Why should I attend?

Mini-EEs are available for all SHSU instructors regardless of position classification.

  • They offer opportunities to learn alongside your colleagues the latest evidence-based topics in the scholarship of student-centered teaching concepts.
  • They provide strategies and resources that can be immediately applied in your classroom.
