Shipping Services
We ship through FedEx, UPS, and USPS to find you the best rate and delivery time. RICOH-USA offers FedEx and UPS rates at 10% below the standard charges to SHSU and the surrounding community.
Hours & Location
KatPost is located on Sam Houston Avenue between Subway and the Margaret Lea Houston Building at 1627 Sam Houston Avenue. We’re open Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Same Day Carrier Pickup
Items being shipped with UPS and FedEx, need to be received at the Kat Post no later than 2:00PM, to receive same day pickup.

Exclusive to Departments
KatPost can pick up your outgoing packages when they deliver mail to your department. While departments can keep their existing FedEx and UPS accounts, it is no longer necessary.
How It Works
Step 1.
We will pick up your package during our scheduled route.
Step 2.
We compare prices over 3 carriers, selecting the cheapest to conserve your budget.
Step 3.
We will bill your departmental FOAP.
Step 4.
We will print and place the label, ensuring your package is picked up before the daily deadline.
Drop-off Option
Departments are also welcomed to personally bring their packages by the Kat Post and utilize the Ricoh Point of Sale system to weigh their packages and choose the best option in terms of price and delivery time. Items being shipped with UPS and FedEx, need to be received at the Kat Post no later than 2:00PM, to receive same day pick-up.
