Faculty Survey of Assessment Culture

Institutional leaders looking to make evidence-based plans about assessment efforts on campus can do so using data from the Faculty Survey of Assessment Culture.  As a parallel instrument to the Administrators Survey of Assessment Culture and the Student Affairs Survey of Assessment Culture, this survey collects valuable information on faculty perceptions and practices related to assessment.  Responses are anonymously recorded for all faculty teaching a credit-generating course in the semester of administration.

DRAFT of the questions on the Faculty Survey of Assessment Culture can be found hereThis is a password protected file.  The password along with any other inquiries can be obtained by contacting the project's Principal Investigator, Dr. Matthew Fuller at assessmentculture@shsu.edu.
