Residence Life Housing Renewal for '26-27 is here!

Thank you for living with us this year! We hope that remaining on campus will continue to enhance your university experience.

Housing renewal will take place in four phases this year and require a non-refundable $50 application fee. This is different than previous years so make sure to review the videos below. These videos will help you to better understand the renewal process and how to renew in the Housing Portal. Housing Contract Renewal Phases

Students that participate in Phase 1-3 will be available to swap to any available space in phase 4. Contact Residence Life at (936) 294-1812 for more information if you need assistance.

Renew to any available space - female residents only:

March 4th | 6 AM - 5 PM
