Centering Servingness Institute

The Centering Servingness Institute (CSI) is a Comprehensive Certification Program for members of the SHSU community. This initiative provides a comprehensive method for fostering varied perspectives, fair treatment, and a sense of belonging in campus training.

Faculty and staff can participate in the CSI certification program with a self-paced learning style. To sign-up for a workshop, faculty and staff must register through Talent Management.

This certification track is designed to help you learn the foundations of cultivating a campus community of respect and belonging. Upon completion, you will earn a certificate, lapel pin, and an invitation to an recognition ceremony.
