Russell Molina is a Partner of PPI Security and President of Superior Trophies and Buckles (STB) and The Hat Store. PPI is a Houston based security and private investigation company. STB is a Houston based seller of specialized merchandise for trophies, banners, hats, shirts and buckles while The Hat Store sells custom designed western and dress hats.

Molina began his career as a Venture Accountant in the commercial real estate market. He quickly moved into the financial world as a Financial Analyst working for a Houston based Investment Management Company (IMC). Molina has been involved in reverse mergers, bridge loans, private placements, convertible bonds, bankruptcy and proxy solicitations. In addition, he has initiated various structures involving equity, debt, debt to equity, bonds and convertible bonds. After serving as President of the IMC, Molina purchased a company that manufactured oil field elastomer, phenolics, and thermoset plastic products. After 10 years as Owner and CEO, he sold the business to a French Private Equity group. Molina gives many hours to various nonprofits as a board member or a volunteer. Molina received a BBA in Marketing from Sam Houston State University in 1989 and is a certified private investigator.
